The Overberg Chapter was founded in 2022 by nine full-patch members from the Boland Chapter: Louis Raats, Jacques De Wet, Bennet Du Toit, Hugo Oertel, Francios Lomax, Lizelle Matthee, Hester Du Toit, Annelize Lomax, and Rochelle Raats.
 

Most of the founding members lived far from the Boland Chapter’s central hub, which led to the birth of a new chapter closer to home. Based in the stunning Western Cape, the Overberg Chapter covers areas such as Hermanus, Caledon, Swellendam, Bredasdorp, Gansbaai, and Grabouw.
 

Today, the Overberg Chapter proudly stands at a total of 20 members — consisting of 12 full-patch members, 8 half-patch members.
We are a proud and growing chapter, built on loyalty, respect, and the brotherhood of the road.
 

Many of our members are also involved with H2A during the year, showing their dedication both on and off the bike.
 

The Overberg Chapter is known for hosting the legendary Syndicate Beach Bash every February – a highlight event on the biker calendar!
We also host our own compulsory rallies throughout the year, including:
   •    Stiek Yt (January)
   •    Syndicate Beach Bash (February)
   •    Kraai Rally (November)
 

At Overberg, we ride hard, stand proud, and give back even harder.
 

Our Chapter believes in supporting the community that supports us — whether it’s charity events, outreach projects, or lending a hand where it’s needed most, we believe real strength is shown not just on the road, but in the difference we make off it too.
